General Description: Sell parts and hand-held power equipment over the counter and phone, stock parts, return customer calls, maintain a clean work area, and perform other duties as assigned.  

Ideal candidate:  

• Parts experience and/or minimum of five years’ experience in upper-level customer service

• Self-motivated

• High level of attention to detail

• Passion for helping people
